Jeffrey Becker

President

Mr. Becker is the executive in charge of all Pegasus employees and all services performed for our clients. He is also the Founder and President of Pegasus Cleanroom Services and is a Certified Industrial Hygiene Manager.  Jeff’s experience and knowledge in the overall maintenance of controlled environments have helped general building service contracting, and his business management expertise has helped our company become an industry leader.

Paul Condie

Vice President Operations

Working in the industry for over thirty years, Mr. Condie has managed cleaning programs at large public facilities such as LaGuardia Airport, Delta Airlines Headquarters Training Center at Hartsfield Airport and was the first manager at the Delta Center – the twenty thousand seat home of Utah Jazz. Paul was the cleaning team startup manager at the opening of Coors Field and the Kiel Center and has been the cleaning consultant to The School District of Philadelphia, Clark County School District, and the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center as well as many universities and building service providers across the country. He specializes in servicing large campuses for REIT’s, Northrop Grumman Boeing company, etc. and single buildings over a million square feet. Paul serves a guest faculty member to Janitor University.

Susan Cologna

Vice President of Finance

As the Vice President of Finance, Ms. Cologna oversees the Financial, Accounting and Human Resources functions for Pegasus’ National Operations across the United States. With over 25 years of experience as a CPA, she has a public/private background over a broad range of industries. Susan maintains specialized expertise in process improvement, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, contract management and strategic planning.

Danna Ford

Vice President of Sales

Ms. Ford is regarded as an industry expert, with over 28 years of experience in the Facilities Services Industry. As Vice President of Sales, Danna is responsible for directing the Sales and Business Development activities at Pegasus Building Services Company. Danna formulates and executes sales plans and budgets that are consistent with and supportive of the Company’s annual business plan.

Diana Lopez

Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Lopez began her career at Pegasus as a clerk in the accounting department.  She has risen to the position of Accounting Manager after a tenure of 15 years at Pegasus. Diana is also the Chairperson of the Pegasus ESOP Committee and is an expert in the field of Employee Stock Ownership Plans.  She also serves on the Board of the Western States ESOP Association.

Conrado Ortiz

Regional Manager

Mr. Ortiz started in this industry in 2002 as a Janitor and shortly thereafter was promoted to Area Supervisor. From there, Conrado promoted to Quality Assurance Manager and worked his way up the ladder to his current position as a Regional Manager. In his 16 years in the industry, Conrado has had the fortune to meet and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures and worked for multiple building service contractors based in not only in California but other States as well.

Laura Cortez

Sr. Regional Manager

Ms. Cortez is the regional manager of Pegasus Building Services in Southern California.  She manages the largest profit center and has recently added Northern California with the help of her team of over 10 years. She is responsible for providing high quality commercial janitorial services for clients from the Aerospace Industry, manufacturing nuts and bolts, to clients in the movie industry. Laura is certified in the Art of Green Cleaning and Stone and Floor Care.

Aaron Tarin

Regional Manager

Mr. Tarin has worked for Pegasus since December 2000.  He started in the office and worked through the ranks of operations including cleaning, sanitizing and training.  Aaron has training in Microbiology for the non-microbiologist, GMP/cGMP cleaning, gowning and documentation, ISO 9001:2015 standards, ESD protection and other critical environment courses.  He is currently the Regional Manager of the clean room division, overseeing all of the clean room, data center and other critical environment cleaning.


Rob Rubrite

Rob Rubright

Systems-Innovati0on-Strategy Manager

Mr. Rubright, is responsible for the Pegasus I.T. systems, partnering with all departments to plan and implement technology to support the growth of Pegasus Building Services. Rob has held various positions in the “back office” of the janitorial industry for over 10 years, with duties that included, payroll, H.R., and procurement. Previously, Rob worked as an I.T. professional in the publishing, and insurance industries

Armando Guzman

Arizona Regional Manager

Mr. Guzman started working in the cleaning industry in high school and he never left.  His career reflects remarkable stability working for three firms in 30 years, all based in Phoenix.  Prior to working for Pegasus, he was responsible for an international company in the Phoenix area that provided janitorial and security services and managed over 800 employees spread over eight cities and five states in the Southwest. Over 10 years ago, Pegasus hired Armando to manage their Arizona operations.
