Pegasus Management Team

The Pegasus Building Services team includes specialists across the full spectrum of janitorial and controlled environment cleaning – representing hundreds of years of combined experience in the field.

Our trained supervisory staff and quality control personnel are experts at designing and implementing customized cleaning programs that meet both the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards and the specific requirements of your facility.


Jeffrey Becker


Jeffrey Becker is President of Pegasus Building Services, Pegasus Cleanroom Services and Pegasus Data Center Cleaning. A Certified Industrial Hygiene Manager, Jeff has extensive experience and knowledge of the overall maintenance of controlled environments, as well as general building service contracting and business management. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the USC Entrepreneur Program.

In 2007, Jeff was named Contamination Control Professional of the Year by Controlled Environment magazine.


Mark Tarin

Sr. Vice President and Operations

Mr. Mark Tarin brings to Pegasus the benefit of more than thirty-five years experience in the building maintenace industry in Southern California. Mr. Tarin is a valuable resource to our team in San Diego. Mr. Tarin’s expertise in the technical areas of building maintenance has gained him an industry-wide reputation. The Regional Manager reports directly to Mark.


Susan Cologna

Vice President of Finance

As the Vice President of Finance, Susan oversees the Financial, Accounting and Human Resources functions for Pegasus’ National Operations across the US. With over 25 years of experience as a CPA, she has a public / private background over a broad range of industries. Susan maintains specialized expertise in process improvement, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, contract management and strategic planning. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.


Brett Tyrrell

Director of Sales

Mr. Tyrrell comes to Pegasus with over 18 years of sales and management experience. Besides believing in the safety and cleanliness of every working environment he truly uses his passion for customer service to take care of each and every client. Brett is one who leads by example and is able to motivate his sales team to exceed expectations. Brett enjoys networking, all competitive sports, and spending time with his family and friends.


Laura Cortez

Sr. Regional Manager

Ms. Cortez is currently the regional manager of Pegasus Building Services in Southern California. She manages the largest profit center and has recently added Northern California, with the help of her team of over 10 years. She is responsible for providing high quality commercial janitorial services for clients from the Aerospace Industry, manufacturing nuts and bolts, to clients in the movie industry. Ms. Cortez has been certified in the Art of Green Cleaning and Store and Floor Care. She lives in Northern Orange County with her husband and enjoys boating on her time off.


Aaron Tarin

Regional Manager

Mr. Tarin has worked for Pegasus since December 2000. Starting in the office and working through the ranks in operations including cleaning, sanitizing and training. Aaron has training in Microbiology for the nonmicrobiologist, GMP/cGMP cleaning, gowning and documentation, ISO 9001:2008 standards, ESD protection and other critical environment courses. He is currently the Regional Manager of the clean room division. Managing all of the clean room, data center and other critical environment cleaning.


Anna Corona

San Diego Regional Manager

Mrs. Corona began her career with Pegasus in 1998 as a janitor. Within a few short months she was promoted to quality control, and ultimately becoming the Regional Manager for the San Diego Region. Anna has over 18 years of management experience and maintains specialized expertise in all phases of the cleaning industry and building strong long- term partnerships with our valued customers. Anna dedicates her spare time to her local church volunteering with the youth, and is actively involved in her family’s Cervantes Fund for Social Justice, which is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to the youth of San Fernando Valley. Anna holds a BA in Political Science from California State University Northridge.

Danna Ford

Danna Ford

Vice President of Sales

Danna is regarded as an industry expert, with over 28 years of experience in the Facilities Services Industry. As Vice President of Sales, Danna is responsible for directing and implementation of Sales and Business Development activities at Pegasus Building Services Company. Danna formulates and execute sales plans and budgets that are consistent with and supportive of the Company’s annual business plan.
